Harvesting Community: Siksika Food Centre Hosts Fall Healthy Choices Market and Fundraiser

The Healthy Choices Market popped up Wednesday September 24th between Petro and Trail Market from 10AM–2PM With $20 hamper builds (plus extra goodies to purchase), the day was made possible through the teamwork of Siksika Food Centre, Healthy Choices Market, and Saffron Catering. A warm and windy day, but a beautiful one to come together for good food and community

Andrew Pretty Young Man Shared : “The Siksika Food Centre and our partners, Healthy Choices Markets, and Saffron Catering hosted our fall harvest fundraiser. In order to draw attention to the new site of the Food Centre which will be located in one of the Bays near the Trail Market. We brought more food item to give the public more shopping options. We reached out through our Facebook page to see what our customers wanted to see. Saffron Catering brought their food trailer to serve food for the public. All proceeds gathered will go toward the new Food Centre. Thank you.”
