Today, November 10th, from 11 AM to 12 PM, Siksika Nation Tribal Administration came together to honour and remember those who served and sacrificed for our freedom. 
The ceremony featured heartfelt words from members of Council, a powerful Honour Song by Eldon Weasel Child, and a moving prayer from Strator Crowfoot. We were also deeply honoured to welcome Retired Master Corporal Daniel A. Mail CD. of Princess Patricia’s Canadian Light Infantry, 3rd Battalion Royal Canadian Regiment, The Loyal Edmonton Regiment and as our special guest speaker.
A special thank you to Carlin Blackrabbit for serving as MC, and to the Events Committee for organizing this meaningful gathering.
Let us continue to honour the bravery, resilience, and sacrifices of our veterans — Lest We Forget.
